LITTLE TOOLS, REAL-LIFE USES

Less calculating. More doing.

Simple helpers that stay in your browser.

MAKE SPACE FOR SLEEP

Your bedtime planner

Work backwards from your wake-up time. This is a time-budget helper for adults aged 18–60, not a sleep prescription.

CDC recommends at least 7 hours for adults 18–60. Actual sleep needs and quality vary. The tool reserves 30 minutes for winding down, as a planning choice. Read the sleep guide.

A SMALL HYGIENE HELPER

The 20-second scrub

Wet and lather your hands first. Start this timer when you begin scrubbing with soap.

20seconds to scrub

Include the backs of your hands, between fingers and under nails.

After at least 20 seconds, rinse with clean running water and dry. The timer covers scrubbing only. Keep the page visible; switching away pauses it. See all five steps.

A QUIETER APPROACH TO WELLBEING

Helpful ideas.
No miracle promises.

Our tutorials explain a small action, its context and where the guidance comes from. We link to public information from CDC and WHO, and distinguish those recommendations from our own planning ideas.

We do not provide symptom checks, diagnoses, medication advice, calorie targets or claims that a checklist can prevent or cure a condition.

A few things to know.

Are my checklist and sleep settings uploaded?

The application processes them only in your browser. Optional checklist storage stays on this device and rolls over when you return on a new local date. Hosting logs and advertising providers have separate data practices.

What if I cannot do a suggested habit?

Skip it or adapt it to your situation. The checklist is not a medical plan or a health score. Follow any individual guidance you have received from a healthcare professional.

Will the bedtime planner fix sleep problems?

No. It subtracts your selected time allowance from your wake-up time. It cannot measure when you fall asleep, sleep quality or a sleep disorder. Persistent sleep difficulties deserve professional advice.
