Sources & editorial notes
See what supports each guide.
The tutorials use a small set of public health references. Each factual recommendation should be read in the context of its source, rather than treated as a personalized instruction.
Our source list
- CDC — About Sleep: age-based sleep guidance and general sleep habits.
- CDC — About Handwashing: washing steps, useful occasions and sanitizer guidance.
- WHO — Physical activity: general activity and sedentary-time principles.
- WHO — Healthy diet: balance, diversity and other general dietary principles.

What is our own editorial choice?
The morning/daytime/evening checklist, its suggested actions and its tick count are organizational aids. The bedtime planner’s 30-minute wind-down slot is a planning choice. Its optional settling allowance is selected by you; it is not a measured or predicted time to fall asleep.
What we avoid
No symptom scoring, diagnostic advice, treatment plans, medication recommendations, personalized dietary targets or unverified claims that a routine cures or prevents a condition. The site does not replace qualified healthcare advice.
