Checklist and tool inputs

Checklist ticks, sleep-planner settings and timer state are processed in your browser. The application does not upload these inputs or use a database or account system. Downloaded checklists are saved by your browser to your device.

Optional local storage

If you enable “Remember today on this device,” the browser stores the selected habit IDs and local date under the key everyday-well-checklist-v1. Sleep inputs are not saved. On a later local date the tool clears earlier ticks when you return or interact. The stored record can remain on an unused device until the site is visited again or browser data is cleared.

Disable the option to remove that saved checklist, or clear this site’s data in your browser. On a shared device, leave remembering disabled. Without storage permission the tool works for the current visit.

Hosting information

The hosting provider may record technical access logs such as IP addresses, visited URLs, browser information and timestamps. Retention depends on the operator’s hosting configuration.

Google advertising

The site includes Google AdSense scripts for its configured publishers. Google and its partners may receive IP/browser information and use cookies or similar technologies for advertising and measurement according to the applicable consent settings. The operator must configure appropriate consent management wherever required.
