About Everyday Well

Small practical tools, with clear limits.

Everyday Well is an independent educational website about ordinary wellbeing habits. Its aim is to turn a broad idea into a manageable action, without pretending that a simple tool can assess someone’s health.

Our editorial approach

We use public guidance from established health organizations for factual recommendations and link to the source beside each tutorial. Planning suggestions, such as choosing one small action or using a checklist, are our editorial ideas rather than clinical recommendations.

Content is not clinically reviewed. We do not claim medical qualifications, endorsement by CDC or WHO, or a professional medical review. Source-check dates describe when we consulted the linked pages, not a clinician’s approval. The website operator should maintain these links and update content when guidance changes.

What the tools do

The checklist records selected reminders. The bedtime planner performs time arithmetic for adults aged 18–60. The handwashing timer counts 20 seconds of visible, active scrubbing time. None of them measures health, diagnoses a condition or recommends treatment.

How the website is supported

Google AdSense integration is included to support the website. Advertising availability depends on Google’s review, the site operator’s configuration and applicable consent requirements. Advertising does not determine our tutorial recommendations.

Questions and corrections
